I was chating with people and reading alot about missle specs and tweaked one to fit a lower spell damage setup and i would imagine it would kick ass.
thats the spec, and heres a few things about it
1: make an Icy veins macro, very simple /cast Icy veins /use (insert trinkets name)
use Icy veins/ trinket as mush as possible to max your dps.
2: only cast arcane spells unless your questing then open with frostbolt and then arcane missle to lower damage taken, but in raids this will be your main source of dps and with this build you only need 62 base hit raiting to max out your hit
so you can focus more on mana and spell damage.
